[dt_fancy_separator]

Everyone is welcome!  Come be a part of a tradition.

Track and Field in Alberta is a year-round sport and requires a large number if officials.  Your becoming an official will help ensure that a meet runs smoothly, the rules are followed and that athletes compete under the fairest possible conditions.

Now is the time to begin your career as a track and field official by attending our introductory officiating clinic below.  Come be welcomed into our ranks.

When: Saturday January, 19, 2019; 9:30 am to 12:00 pm
Where: Van Vilet Complex Room 2-227, University of Alberta, Edmonton
Cost: Free of charge!

In and around Edmonton meets are held at a variety of locations and venues like the Universiade Pavilion better known as the Butterdome, and smaller events are at the Kinsmen Fieldhouse.  Outdoor events take place in areas like Rollie Miles, in Edmonton, Fowler Track in St. Albert and Strathcona Athletica Park in Sherwood Park.

As an official you volunteer as little or as much as you want.
