We respectfully request that any major questions, issues, concerns or suggestions be submitted in writing to the office a minimum of one week prior to the AGM.

If you have a club member serving on the Board of Directors, remember to send a separate club delegate. It is important that we have good representation from the clubs, as the decisions that are made at the AGM will affect all members.

The Board, Committee Members and Staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have at the Annual General Meeting.
