This workshop will be an intro to Athletics Coaching for the first time coach, or for a coach helping or volunteering at or for athletics at the 2020 Alberta Summer Games.

- The Role of Coach
- Intro to LTAD
- Intro to EAP
- Intro to Energy Systems (applied anatomy & physiology)
- Into Technical Modules of Sprints & Hurdles, Relays, Endurance, Jumps, Throws & Para
