Technical areas covered: Intro to Sprints & Hurdles, Endurance, Throws, and Jumps.
Description: Ideal for individuals wanting to know more about the sport of track and field. Those new to the sport or with experience in other sports or training will benefit from taking part in this intro 101 workshop as it covers the basics of Sprints, Endurance, Jumps, and Throws for athletes 14 years and younger. After successful completion of this workshop, participants will feel prepared to continue their coaching education in track and field.
