This workshop will be an intro to Athletics Coaching for the first time coach, or for a coach helping or volunteering at or for athletics at the 2020 Alberta Summer Games.

- Energy Systems & Strength (applied anatomy & physiology)
- Technical Modules of Sprints & Hurdles, Relays, Endurance, Jumps, Throws, and Para
- Planning a Practice
- Teaching and Learning
