Foundations of Coaching in November

The Foundations of Coaching (FOC) is a course that covers the first 4 modules of both Sport Coach and Club Coach. It includes:
1. Role of the Coach & Safety
2. Teaching & Learning
3. Energy Systems & Strength
4. Planning a Practice
FOC is also an online course held over 4 nights from 7:30-9:30pm:
November 7th (Tuesday)
November 9th (Thursday)
November 13th (Monday)
November 14th (Tuesday)
Attendance at all 4 sessions is mandatory.
Any coach who is planning on attending a Sport Coach or Club Coach Workshop in December, is highly encouraged to take this course beforehand.
Coach Members of Athletics Alberta will receive a $50 discount.
