Chris Robb

Born and raised in Alberta, Chris Robb is a long-time resident of Edmonton where he lives with his wife and two sons. He has worked for more than 15 years as a Human Resources professional, and has spent the last 10 years leading HR functions in public sector organizations. He has a long history of investigating, and resolving workplace and interpersonal conflicts.

Outside of his professional work, Chris volunteers with not-for-profit agencies in Edmonton and spends time shuttling his two sons from one activity to another. Sports have always been an important part of Chris’ life, he has played recreational volleyball with the same group of people for almost 20 years, although these days “game day” has become more about the social aspects of the sport.

Whether it be in the workplace or on the court, Chris has a demonstrated history of neutrality, compassion, and empathy. Rooted in his values of Trust and Honesty Chris works to find a resolution to conflicts that meet the needs of all parties to the greatest degree possible.
